Friendships & Boundaries at Insula Collective

Hey Insula fam!

Let’s talk about friendships within the group. We’ve had some amazing moments in our sessions, and naturally, some of you might feel a connection with others that makes you want to keep the conversation going outside of our time together. That’s great! Community and connection are super important, but I want to take a minute to clarify a few things about how Insula Collective approaches this.

In theory, I fully support folks connecting beyond the group. If you vibe with someone and want to exchange info, that’s entirely up to you. However, I want to emphasize that our priority here at Insula Collective is individual healing and wellness. This space was created to focus on you and your journey, even before family, friends, or even the group itself. Your personal growth is key, and I don’t want anything to get in the way of that.

While making friends can be a beautiful thing, sometimes things don’t work out. There could be disagreements or different expectations, and I’d hate for any tension to disrupt the safe, supportive environment we’ve built together. That’s why I encourage everyone to take care and be mindful when choosing to take things "offline" (or in our case, off-group).

So yes, chat, exchange IGs if you feel comfortable, but please remember: this space is for you, and your healing comes first. I hope that even as friendships form, you can keep this in mind. Let's continue to support each other and maintain the positive, intentional vibes we’ve created.

Thanks for being a part of this journey with me. 💙
