What We Do

  • Empower and connect with community virtually through inclusive mental health support groups. Learn more about our groups HERE.

  • Peer counseling provides empathetic, non-clinical support. I don’t offer therapy or advice, but I’ll work alongside you to listen, reflect, and connect you with the right resources.

  • Available for panels, workshops, podcasts, conferences, and community events on mental health, peer support, grief, recovery, and lived experience.

Welcome to Insula Collective

Founded in Los Angeles and now based in New York City, Insula Collective creates spaces for connection, reflection, and collective care.

Since 2024, we've brought people together through peer-led conversations on mental health, grief, identity, belonging, burnout, and healing. As we begin our next chapter in NYC, we're preparing to relaunch with new in-person gatherings and virtual offerings designed to make community more accessible wherever you are.
