Come join us! We will hold a support group focused on mental health for the BIPOC community. Each session will focus on a specific topic with questions to guide the conversation. You will be notified of the topic via email prior. Nothing needed but you and your attention but feel free to bring any items for your comfort including a notebook & pen, blanket, water, cozy beverage etc.
Please allow yourself 15 minutes to find parking, arrive, and settle in. There is a 10 minute grace period. Please come on time. We will begin at 7pm.
