Our online BIPOC Mental Health Support Group is a safe and welcoming space for people of color to connect, share, and find strength in community. We will meet every other Sunday online offering a comfortable and accessible space to discuss mental health topics tailored to your experiences.

Whether you need to vent, seek advice, or simply listen and support others, you're welcome here. We believe in prioritizing mental well-being, and we're here to journey alongside you. Registration is required and first-come, first-serve.
